A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF:


I was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, where I attended Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights, CA and graduated in 1979. I attended 2 years at Mt. San Antonio Junior College in Walnut, CA. ending in 1981.


I am interested in obtaining an entry level customer service – call center position with your company. I have had the following experience prior to my current experience listed in my resume.


1. Wells Fargo Bank in South El Monte California as a Customer Service Call Center Representative Inbound Unit from 1982 to 1983. Processed incoming calls from customers who requested balance information, last five checks, last five deposits, reversals of fees, check orders etc.

2. Security Pacific Bank in Brea, California as a Credit Card Issuance, and Electronic Funds Transfer Service Customer Service Representative from 1983 to 1992.

3. Bank of America in Brea and Los Angeles California as an Account Reconcilement Customer Service Representative from 1992 to 1993.


In 1993 I relocated from the Los Angeles area to Carson City, Nevada where I lived until most recently. I worked for Pinon Plaza Casino and Bowling Center and a Cashier, AMF Bowling Center as a Cashier and League Manager and Silver Strike Lanes and a Cashier and League Manager – I spent 9 years with Silver Strike ending in February of 2011.  At that time I stayed out of work where I continued to look for a job and collect unemployment until June of 2011 when I started to work for Dollar Tree Stores in Minden, Nevada. That position closed October 14, 2011.


In November of 2011, I decided to relocate back to California to with family after the inability to find other work in Nevada due to the bad economy. I am looking to start fresh, and get back on my feet.
